To Order Online:
Patchstop has thousands of products to purchase, and many categories to browse. While shopping through our pages, if you see an item you like, enter the quantity you would like of that item, select the size or color you prefer (if more than one option is available) click the gold “Add To Cart” button. This button will place however many items you entered into your online shopping cart. While shopping, you can view and update your shopping cart anytime by clicking on the shopping cart icon in the top right corner of the page.
If you are interested in items that do not have the gold “Add To Cart” button, then it is currently unavailable or out of stock. Contact uswith the SKU Number for that item to find out when the item will be available.
To Checkout Online:
After you have finished shopping, and the items in your shopping cart are complete, continue to the checkout steps by clicking on the red “Proceed To Checkout” button. The checkout process is simple, just read the instructions provided on the following pages, as they will guide you step by step through the checkout process. Once the checkout process is complete, you will be directed to a page stating that your order has been successfully placed, and you will be given an order number for your reference.
To Order By Phone:
Patchstop uses up to date security and safety protocols on all of our website pages. However if you do not prefer to order online, or simply do not have computer access, we encourage you to place your order by calling us at (386) 451-4489.
We are available 7 days a week to take your call. Please have the SKU numbers available so we may accurately complete your order.
To Order By Email*:
We accept orders placed by email. If you would like to submit an order via email, we ask that you provide us with the SKU numbers, names and quantities of each item. Provide the complete shipping address for the order and a contact telephone number so we can contact you for your billing details.

Coupon Codes & Promotions:
If you received a coupon code or a promotional code, enter the code in the necessary field provided on the shopping cart page.
Patchstop.com is required to collect sales tax for orders delivered within the state of Florida. The sales tax rate applied to your order will generally be the combined state and local tax rate for the shipping address provided.
Once your checkout is complete, you will be directed to a page stating your order has been successfully completed and you will be provided with an order number.
You will receive up to 3 emails upon the completion of your order:
- Order Confirmation
This email confirms your order was received, and provides the order number, shipping and billing information and the order details. Please keep this email for your records and review the details of the order for accuracy.
- Payment Confirmation
This email acts as a receipt for the payment.
- Shipping Confirmation
This email will notify you that your order has been shipped and will provide tracking information to track your package.

If you are a registered user, simply log in to your account to check your order status.
Guest users can check their order status by clicking on ‘My Account’ at the top of any page and entering their order number or email address in the appropriate field.
Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking:
Orders are shipped via US Postal Service with tracking information. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation providing the tracking number for your order and a link to track the package directly. If you cannot click the link, please click the link below and enter the tracking number provided in your confirmation email.
If you have not received the shipping confirmation email, your order has not yet been shipped and you can contact us for more information about your order.
Changing or Cancelling an Order:
Once your order is complete, you cannot go back and make changes to the items ordered or the information provided.
We ask that you carefully review the details of your order prior to completing your checkout and also review the order confirmation email for accuracy. In the event that changes need to be made, immediately call our Customer Service line at (386) 451-4489 as orders will be filled and shipped as soon as 1 hour after being submitted.
